Privacy Policy

Pet Planner Pro (Free) ("the app") helps you track your pets' care. This policy applies both to the free app and to the optional Pet Planner Pro (SUB) subscription, and explains what information the app handles and how. The short version: your data is used only to run the app for you — it is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to track you.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. These are used solely to sign you in and to send account emails (such as password resets).
Pet and care data you enter. Pet profiles (name, breed, birthday), care logs (feeding, potty breaks, medications, weight, grooming), schedules, reminders, and app preferences. This data exists so the app can show it back to you and sync it between your devices.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.
Where your data is stored
Your account and pet data are stored with Supabase, our cloud database provider, and also cached on your device so the app works offline. Account emails (verification, password reset) are delivered through our transactional email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Purchases
Pet Planner Pro (SUB) is a monthly auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to determine whether your account has Pro access. RevenueCat receives your account identifier and purchase information from Apple (such as the product purchased, subscription status, and renewal dates) solely to manage your subscription. RevenueCat never receives your payment details and is not permitted to use your data for its own purposes.
The "Find nearby" feature
Searching for nearby dog parks, vets, groomers, boarding, or pet shops opens your device's Maps app with a search query. The app itself never accesses your location — any location use happens inside the Maps app under its own privacy policy.
Reminders and notifications
Care reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Notification content stays on your device.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except for the service providers named above that operate the app's infrastructure, or where required by law.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account and all pet data at any time from within the app: More → Appearance & settings → Delete account & data. This removes your data from your device and from our servers immediately and cannot be undone. You can also email us (below) to request deletion.
Children
Pet Planner Pro is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
